The firm represents employers and their insurers and self-insured employers in handling and defending workers’ compensation claims in East and Middle Tennessee.  We assist our clients with the various issues that arise during the claim process and represent our clients in court and in administrative proceedings before the Workers’ Compensation Division of the Tennessee Department of Labor.  We work with our clients to select appropriate physicians to place on their workers’ compensation panels and to provide record reviews or second opinions as may be needed.
