Mr. Swanson was born in Ducktown, Tennessee. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in 1999 and received his law degree from the University of Baltimore College of Law in 2003. At the University of Baltimore, he completed a dual concentration in Business and Intellectual Property Law and was also a member of the Moot Court Board. He is currently a member of the Knoxville Bar Association and Tennessee Bar Association. His practice is devoted primarily to medical malpractice defense.
