Mr. Castleberry graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee in 1995 and a master’s degree from Carson-Newman College in 1997. He obtained his degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2005 with a concentration in business transactions. At the University of Tennessee, he was an Editor at Large and a founding member of the Tennessee Journal of Law and Policy. After serving a clerkship with the firm during law school, he joined the firm as an associate in 2005. He is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association and Tennessee Bar Association and is a member of the American Inns of Court Hamilton Burnett Chapter. Currently, he serves as chairman of the Athletics Committee for the Knoxville Barristers. His practice is devoted primarily to medical malpractice defense. |
