Mr. Durham was born in Phoenix, Arizona. He received his bachelor’s degree in general business from the University of Tennessee. He graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee College of Law with a concentration in Advocacy & Dispute Resolution. He is currently a member of the Knoxville Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. His practice is concentrated primarily in the following areas: medical malpractice, health law, transportation, workers’ compensation, and products liability.
